Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with PCG Financial Advisors to deliver Wealth banking and credit solutions for clients with $1MM+ in investments at Truist.
  • •Coordinate with internal IRM partners to fulfill banking, credit, and insurance needs where the FA acts as the Primary Relationship Advisor.
  • •Develop and deliver video and in-person presentations to train internal and external partners on the value of the Wealth Private Advisor relationship.
  • •Use the Trusted Wealth Relationship and Advisory Process to determine strategies, set client goals and timelines, coordinate financial profiling, and implement recommendations.
  • •Monitor and maintain sales activity and pipeline information in the bank’s CRM system, while ensuring solutions are delivered with a “perfect client experience” and within compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year degree and 10–15 years of demonstrated leadership ability; 8–10 years of direct sales experience in Financial Services or 10–15 years in a related industry.
  • •FINRA licensing: 7 and 63, plus insurance life and health.
  • •Demonstrated consultative communication and relationship-building skills that lead to strong client service outcomes.
  • •Working knowledge and experience in investments, banking, insurance, and lending products to provide appropriate recommendations.
  • •Ability to operate within audit, compliance, and regulatory frameworks while handling ambiguity and adapting to change.
