Own day-to-day operations for the Global Policy and Communications iPoCo Chief of Staff function, including procurement/vendor operations, budget tracking and reporting, and global strategic planning processes. •Manage a contingent worker for vendor onboarding and payment processing, serving as manager, thought partner, and escalation point.
•Own PoCo procurement strategy and execution, ensuring quality and compliance and continuously improving operating systems.
•Run budget operations: maintain real-time budget visibility, flag risks, and prepare leadership-ready materials for budget reviews.
•Design and run global strategic planning processes (annual/H2 planning and priority tracking) with logistics, documentation, and follow-through.
•Own global team operations infrastructure (onboarding materials, intranet content, shared drives) and support global meeting/event planning, while driving AI/process innovation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,800 - 160,000 annually
