Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Lead

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, rollout, upgrade, and production support. Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, configure relevant HCM modules, and drive fit-gap analysis and process improvements. Own functional design deliverables (FDDs, workbooks, process flows, test scripts, and training) and coordinate SIT/UAT and deployments. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, workflows, security, and data migration, and mentor junior consultants.
