Jr Planner - Real Estate, Rio Grande do Sul

Support planning of corporate workspaces and real estate projects by developing scope analyses, conceptual studies (test-fits), and property data reviews. Assist with project budgeting and financial planning, workplace trend analysis, and adherence to client planning/design standards. Build dashboards and data analyses to support decision-making, prepare executive materials for stakeholders, coordinate external suppliers, and help with change management initiatives.
