Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire and bootstrap the Core Frontier team in Bengaluru, setting the technical bar and engineering culture.
  • •Lead cross-functional delivery in collaboration with Product, Security, Design, Architecture, and QA to deliver customer-delighting features.
  • •Adapt engineering processes and best practices to keep the team agile, healthy, and high-performing.
  • •Prioritize the roadmap with stakeholders, providing technical clarity to unblock the team.
  • •Run people management activities (coaching, 1:1s, performance reviews, ceremonies) and maintain a hands-on approach via code reviews and architectural discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years total experience with 3+ years of engineering management, preceded by a strong individual-contributor foundation (typically 5+ years).
  • •Experience leading teams building highly reliable, secure, and scalable distributed systems.
  • •Passion for coaching engineers at various career stages and a track record of fostering technical growth.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and build trust across different time zones and functions (technical and non-technical).
