Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic direction of performance reporting, business planning, and risk management across SP Transmission.
  • •Establish and manage governance, reporting, and project controls frameworks to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across portfolios.
  • •Provide forward-looking views of business performance across financial, programme, and people dimensions, including regulatory reporting and risk tracking.
  • •Lead a team of Governance, Business Planning and Risk & Assurance specialists, driving continuous improvement in enterprise performance and planning capabilities.
  • •Identify and escalate strategic risks early, collaborate with data teams to deliver scalable business intelligence, and support executive decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in project/contract management within FIDIC or NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) frameworks, ideally on EPC capital projects.
  • •Formal qualification in project management (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) or significant demonstrable project management experience.
  • •Experience leading and managing PMO teams in complex organizations.
  • •Significant strategic planning experience and the ability to connect information across business functions into complete plans for executive leadership.
  • •Experience in performance reporting and risk management frameworks, including risk governance, quantification, methodologies, and risk reporting using tools such as BIM, Power BI, CEMAR, and P6 Primavera.
