Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct supervision of Team Leaders and Associates to ensure productive, safe manufacturing operations and adherence to SOPs
  • •Develop and execute an annual operating plan, manage capital and expense budgets, and ensure financial commitments are met
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on quality, cost reduction, and safety through root-cause analysis and lean practices
  • •Identify training needs and implement development programs to build leadership and technical skills
  • •Coordinate with other departments to support new product launches and enhance cross-functional performance

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred; machining or machine tool certificates highly desired
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment; three (3) years supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • •Strong leadership and decision-making abilities; proficient in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
  • •Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and mechanical blueprints; skilled in root cause analysis and problem-solving
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to train and develop team members
