  • •Define a future-state product management role distinct from business ownership, technical product ownership, and engineering functions.
  • •Develop and implement robust role architecture and competency models with outcome-based definitions and business/technical fluency.
  • •Design and document interaction models between product, business, and engineering teams, including decision rights, workflows, and accountability.
  • •Build and manage transition and retirement maps for current role families to support organizational direction and workforce planning.
  • •Lead capacity planning, organization sizing, workforce requirements analysis, and talent transition frameworks in collaboration with workforce planning and change management teams.
