Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance and support engineering work for control equipment and systems on site under Facilities organization guidance.
  • •Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for controls equipment, gas detection equipment, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
  • •Conduct troubleshooting of system abnormalities, assisting or leading system recovery as needed.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis for controls system abnormalities and execute corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement.
  • •Document and analyze maintenance work orders/equipment history, track spare parts inventory, and coordinate contractor service providers for PM and installation milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Instrumentation/Control engineering (or equivalent) or related experience preferred.
  • •5–7 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, pharma, or similar manufacturing industries.
  • •In-depth understanding of facility instrumentation, gas detectors, variable speed drives, and fire alarm systems and their operating principles.
  • •Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for plant instrumentation and gas detection.
  • •Basic PLC programming knowledge for modification and troubleshooting, including working from system schematics and wiring diagrams.
