•Become subject matter expert in BEUMER’s logistics products, solutions and applications and lead initiatives to address customer requirements with innovative solutions.
•Understand customer requirements and business objectives to recommend appropriate products and solutions, and develop designs using 2D/3D CAD.
•Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Software/Controls to design and develop effective system solutions and serve as primary technical contact for customers.
•Develop cost estimates and manage vendor responses to RFPs while clarifying technical scope for internal and external teams.
•Produce technical documents (proposals, process flows, user manuals, application notes) to support customers during use and implementation of BEUMER products and solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

•Willingness to travel 15-20% as per business needs.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
