Job Summary

Support the end-to-end proposal development process, coordinating with Proposal Managers, technical specialists and commercial teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals. Assist with pipeline management, bid programmes, and inputs across capture and win phases, develop written and visual content, apply governance, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen proposal quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate end-to-end proposal development, including creating opportunity summaries, bid programmes and first draft responses.
•Draft, edit and tailor proposal content such as executive summaries and project experiences to meet client requirements.
•Coordinate inputs from technical, operational and commercial stakeholders to meet submission deadlines and ensure compliant responses.
•Apply and adhere to governance processes, conduct client/competitor analysis and manage bid documentation and version control.
•Contribute to post-bid reviews and continuous improvement activities, maintaining knowledge content in the Bid Knowledge Library.

Key Requirements

•Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject (e.g. business, communications or similar)
•Experience in proposal development or bid management
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to structure clear, persuasive proposals
•Strong time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Proactive, collaborative and able to coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams
