Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate assigned crew chiefs (CE) and track flight training records.
  • •Train and certify individuals on APU engine runs.
  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft.
  • •Conduct pre-flight and daily inspections and perform flight duties as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a U.S. citizen and obtain/possess a Secret clearance.
  • •Have at least 500 flight hours, including 100 hours in the MH-60M, with documented flight records for verification.
  • •Complete a non-rated crewmember flight instructor course (Fort Rucker, AL or EAATS, PA) or complete aircraft crewmember standardization courses at Fort Campbell, KY.
  • •Have documented Military/DOD service school training and be able to pass a FAA third class flight physical.
  • •Have own tools/toolbox and be able to complete TDY support missions of 1–2 weeks.
