Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a broad communications project portfolio across executives, internal teams, media, government entities, agencies, and community partners.
  • •Own media and public relations, including developing, approving, and distributing content (Arabic/English) such as press releases and statements.
  • •Coordinate responses to media requests by preparing written statements, maintaining ongoing information exchange with media, and producing press packs for events.
  • •Identify and execute positive PR opportunities including media familiarisation trips, and lead communications tied to corporate, social, and community priorities.
  • •Monitor media coverage, sentiment, and share of voice across Arabic and English; assess reputational risk and prepare reactive statements, holding lines and Q&A as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level education or professional qualification in journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • •At least five years of communications experience, including press office, PR agency, or journalism; aviation/aerospace background is advantageous.
  • •Strong bilingual Arabic and English capability, including writing and proofreading quickly under pressure.
  • •Established relationships with UAE/regional media or demonstrated ability to build them quickly.
  • •Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple communications projects concurrently under competing deadlines.
