Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related) with 4+ years’ experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years’ experience, in semiconductor manufacturing/equipment/process engineering.
  • •2+ years’ experience in statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and manufacturing process optimization.
  • •2+ years’ experience working with high-volume semiconductor manufacturing equipment and related technologies.
  • •2+ years’ experience in photolithography processes, defect detection, and process monitoring in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and demonstrated focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
