Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare inks, substrates, plates, cylinders, gears, and other materials for scheduled jobs.
  • •Assist the Press Operator in monitoring product quality and performing make-readies.
  • •Participate in press operation and operate the press if needed.
  • •Order, charge, and return raw materials to each job as needed; complete daily paperwork.
  • •Maintain 5S/housekeeping logs, follow all policies and procedures, and remove/identify scrap (except flying splices) before rolls move to WIP.
