Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end OFE delivery plan per site, integrating order milestones, production slots, FAT, ship dates, and required-on-site dates with the GC construction schedule.
  • •Engage during preconstruction to set OFE delivery expectations and sequence equipment arrivals, identifying schedule risk before POs are cut.
  • •Run site-level OFE kickoff meetings with the GC and internal teams, establishing POCs, delivery windows, receiving requirements, and escalation paths.
  • •Lead supplier execution and escalations with OEMs and integrators, driving recovery plans for slips, shortages, FAT failures, and shipping delays.
  • •Plan transportation and ensure equipment arrives complete, track delivery risks and KPIs, and run recurring Capacity Delivery Reviews for leadership visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale construction programs.
  • •Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities (e.g., transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers).
  • •Managed cross-functional escalations across construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners, knowing when to expedite, resequence, or escalate.
  • •Comfortable reading and influencing construction schedules (P6 or MS Project) and tying equipment milestones to them.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
