Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver SIS Banner SaaS workstreams from configuration through go-live and beyond, owning delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and cutover readiness.
  • •Translate registrar policies and academic regulations into system logic, standardize end-to-end academic lifecycle processes, and define audit-ready internal controls.
  • •Drive business-driven UAT and post-release stabilization, including test scenarios, validation checkpoints, defect triage, and mitigation of academic/regulatory risk.
  • •Design and deliver university-wide functional training and change enablement, including role-based materials, train-the-trainer programs, and structured communications.
  • •Define and govern academic data standards, deliver trusted dashboards and statutory reports, and serve as the academic business authority for SIS integrations and cross-functional coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline (postgraduate degree preferable).
  • •6–10 years in student systems/registrar operations or higher-ed business systems with hands-on process ownership.
  • •Experience leading SIS implementations or major upgrades from the business side (preferably Ellucian Banner).
  • •Strong business analysis, documentation, and UAT leadership, with proven ability to translate policy into system behavior.
  • •Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills with non-technical audiences.
