•Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting
•Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
•Partner closely with AEs and Marketing, you’re a connector, not just a top-of-funnel rep
•Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline tighter, process matters here
•Utilise AI to boost productivity, work at pace and personalise your messaging

Key Requirements

•Some experience in a customer-facing or sales role (internships, retail, or hospitality count if you can show you know how to build rapport and drive outcomes)
•A hunter mentality; you go and find leads rather than wait to be handed them
•High coachability; you take feedback well, apply it fast, and ask for more
•Strong communicator; clear and confident in writing and on a call
•Languages: Fluency in Dutch is essential
