MDP Customer Engineer

Serve as the direct liaison with customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues, with guidance from senior customer engineers. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided). Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
