Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies in production using agentic solutions.
  • •Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and end-to-end architecture leveraging AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
  • •Collaborate with other builders to architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems.
  • •Partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions using consultative skills.
  • •Test, iterate, and deploy your work end-to-end from day one.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • •Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infra.
  • •Write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
  • •Fluency required in German and English.
