Own end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise accounts, driving deployment speed and quality from kickoff through full platform adoption. Configure and tune monitoring, alerting, automation policies, and RMM tooling, and troubleshoot network, security, and infrastructure issues alongside customers. Script and automate workflows to reduce manual effort, build a scalable implementation playbook, and translate customer needs into product feedback while supporting sales with deep technical expertise as needed.
