Job Summary

Assist grade and asphalt crews with daily survey and layout needs, including setting up and maintaining equipment for 3D grade control operations. Conduct jobsite visits to gather site data, take measurements, and perform surveying, layouts, and staking, then complete post-construction as-builts and field records. Support troubleshooting, run ride-quality measurements using a Cadillac ride quality vehicle, and operate drones and profilometer software while following safety policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Geospatial Engineering.
•1 year of experience in civil engineering, surveying, or equivalent technical training and/or experience.
•Experience with Trimble, Topcon, Leica machine control and construction layout equipment (strong plus).
•Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently and in a team environment.
