Key Responsibilities

  • •Remove technical and accounting objections throughout the sales cycle by evaluating prospects from both technical and accounting perspectives.
  • •Deliver tailored product demonstrations by configuring sandbox environments and adapting demos to each prospect’s workflows and priorities.
  • •Develop deep expertise in Rillet and accounting workflows so you can answer product, accounting, and technical questions directly.
  • •Provide urgent, cross-functional feedback by working with Sales, Product, Engineering, and leadership in near real time.
  • •Represent Rillet as a trusted face of the company, engaging finance and accounting leaders with customer empathy and structured problem-solving.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong professional experience in accounting, including revenue recognition, financial close, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidation.
  • •Experience supporting customer evaluations, implementations, solutions consulting, or customer-facing work involving accounting or financial software.
  • •Strong understanding of the systems and technology used by modern finance and accounting teams.
  • •Familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP, able to speak credibly with senior finance and accounting stakeholders.
  • •Excellent communication skills to explain complex accounting and technical concepts clearly and adapt across accounting, product, and technical conversations.
