Key Responsibilities

•Own rolling monthly forecasts, working closely with key engineering stakeholders (Product, Program, and Engineering Leads).
•Work with program management to develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrity.
•Analyze and monitor contract and product profit margins.
•Deliver monthly internal management reporting through presentations and written communications.
•Income statement and balance sheet forecasting by contract and business line.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•DoD and/or tech industry experience (preferred).
•Experience in production, manufacturing, or cost finance—work orders, standard costing, bills of material, inventory, and production variance analysis—ideally in a hardware, manufacturing, or defense environment (preferred).
•Familiarity with ERP and EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, Oracle EPM) and the data flowing between the production floor and the general ledger.
