Intern, Regulatory Coordinator 2027

Support the Regulatory team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across ConocoPhillips’ Gulf Coast, Rockies, and Permian operations. Assist with well permitting and post-spud compliance documentation, prepare and submit environmental surface permits, maintain regulatory metrics and dashboards, and conduct regulatory research on rule changes and agency updates. Collaborate cross-functionally with Land, Operations, D&C, Development, Legal, and HSE, including preparing materials for audits and agency engagement.
