PMC Lead Project Engineer

Lead PMC project engineering support for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi, owning delivery from design through handover while aligning EPC scope, gate deliverables, schedule, and budget estimates. Coordinate with the Project Manager and the integrated project management team, manage the project engineering team, and supervise contractors and critical subcontracts. Ensure compliance with ADNOC Value Assurance Process (VAP) and HSE requirements, monitor interfaces, and support contract administration, risk assessments, and change orders.
