Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end design projects, including schedule, cost, quality, risk, team, and client management.
  • •Create project management plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks for non-complex projects.
  • •Define work breakdown structures, project activities, and critical paths; run project kick-off meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • •Oversee design teams across stages from concept to construction documentation; coordinate internal disciplines and external stakeholders for integrated delivery.
  • •Support tendering and construction/supervision by handling bid queries, evaluations, RFIs, design issues, and scope/risk/contractual changes; prepare progress reports and manage invoicing inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage end-to-end design projects across schedule, cost, quality, risk, team, and client/stakeholder management.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • •Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary building design projects and coordinating QA/QC through design reviews; PMP certification must.
