Job Summary

A regionally embedded Talent Acquisition role focused on end-to-end full-cycle hiring across a defined retail area. Partnering with Store Leaders, Area Leads and BP's, you’ll build proactive pipelines, refine interview and calibration processes, lead store opening readiness, and elevate hiring standards with data-driven insights in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently own full-cycle hiring across a defined retail area, with accountability for search progress, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
•Partner closely with Store Leaders and Area Leads to understand hiring needs, shape search strategy and improve decision-making.
•Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring store roles, future openings and regional growth.
•Support and elevate key hiring moments, including interview activity, hiring days, talent calibration and store opening readiness.
•Be regularly present in stores and local markets so you understand the reality of the teams you are hiring for and can support leaders directly on the ground.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in recruitment, with strong Retail hiring expertise
•Proven track record delivering end-to-end full-cycle hiring in fast-moving consumer-focused environments
•Ability to build proactive pipelines and manage searches across a defined retail region
•Strong stakeholder management and partnering skills with Store Leaders and Area Leads
•Data-driven approach to diagnose bottlenecks and improve hiring discipline, with a focus on candidate experience and process quality
