Product + Partner Performance Manager

Oversee performance of contracted service providers and installation partners within the Smart Solutions department. Manage day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, governance requirements, budget controls, and customer satisfaction targets. Build partner relationships, support procurement and contract negotiations, monitor and report on performance and risks, drive continuous improvement roadmaps, and conduct audits. Validate invoices and work cross-functionally across operations, product, sales, finance, procurement, legal, and compliance.
