Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet VIP guests upon arrival with a warm, “FIVE-styled” welcome and ensure a sensational guest journey.
  • •Proactively acknowledge and remember guest preferences by maintaining meticulous guest history records.
  • •Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
  • •Present menus and make knowledgeable recommendations based on guests’ preferences and ingredient availability.
  • •Uphold hygiene and safety standards, process billing and payments, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to maximize guest satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment as a VIP Waiter/Waitress is a plus.
  • •Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards with a polished, “FIVE-styled” demeanour.
  • •Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests, FIVE Tribe members, and stakeholders.
  • •Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) with a proactive, detail-oriented attitude and ownership of duties.
