•Be a critical Lucid Ambassador and the first point of engagement for guests in the studio.
•Welcome guests and conduct needs assessment to deliver personalized, engaging interactions.
•Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline; capture and progress leads through the initial Lucid journey using Salesforce.
•Conduct test drives and educate customers on Lucid products, benefits, and competitor models/packages.
•Monitor studio operations for pain points or bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and support ad-hoc studio tasks and local marketing/events.
