Director, HR Business Partner

Lead the HR Business Partner function for R&D teams and manage HRBP team members across other orgs. Oversee performance management, succession planning, and career development, while resolving complex employee relations issues and partnering with managers on coaching and design topics. Use HR metrics and NPS/attrition insights to improve retention, workplace culture, and productivity. Champion culture and help uplift employee experience, reporting to the CFO with a direct report.
