Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate performance of maintenance work in a defined geographical area or functional/technical group.
  • •Coordinate and support site-wide delivery of corrective and planned maintenance activities allocated or sought through the eAM system.
  • •Provide supervision, direction, support, and guidance to others, including coordinating and controlling work parties daily.
  • •Organize maintenance and shutdown activities by directing internal and external tradespeople and contractor resources as required.
  • •Ensure nominated work is safely handed over, executed, and handed back to service to required quality, scope, and with minimum delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical trade qualification such as Fitter (Australian Apprenticeship, Tradesperson’s Rights Certificate or equivalent).
  • •Advanced skills to isolate, diagnose, analyse, and rectify complex equipment-related problems.
  • •Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to provide technical advice and direction.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team with initiative.
