Key Responsibilities

  • •Own/project-based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations.
  • •Coordinate closely with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans.
  • •Work hand-in-hand with KM to align manpower plans with training, OJT, and cross-skill enablement.
  • •Act as the local planning focal point, ensuring alignment with WW UIR planners on resource gaps, fly-in support, and priority adjustments.
  • •Participate in and present in WW planning meetings and act as the global interface for Taiwan UIR manpower topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in project management roles and project delivery; strong knowledge of the competence or technical area managed and awareness of business issues.
  • •Strong experience in manpower planning, project planning, or operations coordination.
  • •Ability to work independently while influencing across functional and regional teams.
  • •Strong communication skills in English; able to represent the site in WW meetings.
  • •Structured, data‑driven mindset with high ownership and execution discipline.
