Key Responsibilities

•Own/project-based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations.
•Coordinate closely with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans.
•Work hand-in-hand with KM to align manpower plans with training, OJT, and cross-skill enablement.
•Act as the local planning focal point, ensuring alignment with WW UIR planners on resource gaps, fly-in support, and priority adjustments.
•Participate in and present in WW planning meetings and act as the global interface for Taiwan UIR manpower topics.

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience in project management roles and project delivery; strong knowledge of the competence or technical area managed and awareness of business issues.
•Strong experience in manpower planning, project planning, or operations coordination.
•Ability to work independently while influencing across functional and regional teams.
•Strong communication skills in English; able to represent the site in WW meetings.
•Structured, data‑driven mindset with high ownership and execution discipline.
