Marketing Proposal Specialist

Support and lead marketing proposals for the East Region Marketing team, from capture through interview stage. Coordinate proposal content including schedules, templates, compliance, and production, and provide conceptual input on document design. Participate in go/no-go analyses, facilitate Pink/Red team reviews, and apply lessons learned. Manage revisions, complete internal debriefs, and review client feedback to drive continuous improvement while liaising with business lines and entry-level proposal team members.
