Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist engineers in developing process technology for advanced semiconductor processes.
  • •Perform basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs and implement changes based on engineer directions.
  • •Execute module process and own data collection for measurement/inspection, sharing data with engineers.
  • •Coordinate with internal/external CH and metrology tool owners to align tool time, execute process sequence, and collect data to feed back to engineers.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and support process engineering activities, including occasional overtime.

Key Requirements

  • •ITE/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science) or related field.
  • •More than 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or an R&D environment (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with cleanroom operations and semiconductor processing equipment is a plus.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
  • •Must be able to commit Monday–Friday rotating shift (9am–6pm/4pm–11pm).
