•Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within the legal and contract management landscape.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing workflows and ensure seamless adoption.
•Support the identification and resolution of gaps in contractual coverage to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
•Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.

Key Requirements

•Higher education degree in law, economics, IT (business informatics), or comparable qualification / equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years (International) working experience in the field of legal, legal operations, contract management or comparable areas and ease in working in a diverse and multicultural environment required.
•Experience with legal technology tools such as contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, e-signature platforms, and legal analytics software.
•Strong understanding of legal operations processes, including contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation.
•Very good communication and relationship building skills, especially with senior internal and external stakeholders, convincing oral and written communication with business fluent levels of English (German nice to have).
