Key Requirements

  • •Higher education degree in law, economics, IT (business informatics), or comparable qualification / equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years (International) working experience in the field of legal, legal operations, contract management or comparable areas and ease in working in a diverse and multicultural environment required.
  • •Experience with legal technology tools such as contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, e-signature platforms, and legal analytics software.
  • •Strong understanding of legal operations processes, including contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • •Very good communication and relationship building skills, especially with senior internal and external stakeholders, convincing oral and written communication with business fluent levels of English (German nice to have).
