Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall financial performance and schedule for a portion of the production segment of the business (typically a subsystem of the entire vehicle)
  • •Lead cross functional IPT teams including engineering, production, supply chain and more to drive outcomes
  • •Oversee teams as problems arise and drive to timely solutions that work for the business and our customers
  • •Develop strong, trusting relationships with customer counter parts
  • •Monitor and manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resource allocation, making tradeoffs as appropriate or escalating issues to senior management

Key Requirements
