Job Summary

Own the monthly supply planning cycle and create/maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Convert demand into a feasible supply plan by incorporating demand changes and balancing demand, inventory targets, and capacity constraints. Coordinate flows between manufacturing sites/vendors and distribution centers to support product availability, operational efficiency, and cost-effective delivery with optimal inventory.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the monthly supply planning cycle in SAP IBP.

•Balance demand, inventory targets, and capacity constraints following flexibility guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business administration.
•High interest in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
•Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
•Advanced Excel and analytical skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
•Automation skills and/or previous AI experience are a plus.
