Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and foster client relationships via proactive outreach and follow up across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels
  • •Assess and identify client needs, engage and communicate effectively, and recommend solutions based on individual goals
  • •Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital products and services
  • •Provide consistent client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, and completing service requests
  • •Proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and technologies while collaborating with branch teams and partners
