Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - University of Central MO

Build strong relationships with retail and business customers by proactively reaching out, assessing needs, and delivering an excellent client experience across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Educate customers on deposit and loan products and self-service digital tools, process basic transactions, open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Partner with branch teams to optimize service with operational excellence and accuracy, including NMLS registration requirements.
