Key Responsibilities

•Drive global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships.
•Educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies and create scalable sales propositions using internal and external data.
•Troubleshoot and resolve agency issues by demonstrating expertise in TikTok products, processes, and tools.
•Optimize and improve small and medium agency TikTok campaign performance; identify programmatic approaches to scale.
•Collaborate cross-functionally on operational and strategic initiatives and support team onboarding/knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience.
•Experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry and strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
•Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnerships-type role.
•Track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business; ability to identify, prioritize, and secure opportunities.
•Ability to influence buy-in, build relationships with stakeholders, and manage a client portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
