Lead the commercial strategy for facilities management services, including procurement planning, tendering, and supplier selection. Oversee service contracts, SLAs, and KPIs across the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation to performance monitoring. Manage commercial risks and contract financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, and lead/develop the commercial and contracting teams.
