Key Responsibilities

  • •Define global benefits and leave philosophy and lead plan design across the US and international footprint, balancing impact, competitiveness, and cost.
  • •Grow and develop the global benefits team across the US and EMEA, setting priorities and raising the operating bar.
  • •Set service-delivery standards for employee questions, using AI and automation to reduce volume without degrading experience.
  • •Oversee the annual benefits cycle end to end (renewals, open enrollment, plan changes, carrier transitions) and lead global leave of absence.
  • •Manage vendor and broker relationships globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations and owning benefits budgeting and performance management.

Salary: USD 227,100 - 340,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of benefits experience, including 3+ years leading and developing a team in a high-growth environment.
  • •Deep US benefits expertise across health & welfare plans, 401(k), leave, and compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and state equivalents).
  • •Experience designing and administering benefits internationally in EMEA and/or APAC.
  • •Hands-on, strategic ability to present plan-design recommendations to executives and manage eligibility/operational details (e.g., Workday).
  • •Proven vendor and broker management, including RFPs, renewals, contracting, and performance management across global partners.
