Own product areas within an AI neobank app, spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel. Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys. Use data, feedback, research, and production learnings to iterate after release—balancing speed, UX, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

•Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
•Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
•Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
•Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
•Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations using data, feedback, and research.

Key Requirements

•Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar.
•Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
•Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
•Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
•Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
