Job Summary

Create and manage aerospace gas turbine product definition artifacts, including UG NX 3D models, 2D/3D drawings with PMI/GD&T, and Teamcenter assemblies. Support manufacturing quality notification activities, drive design process improvements using RCCA and standard work, and ensure drawing/model quality as an internal checker. Collaborate with program leadership to communicate status, risks, and schedules while applying relevant ASME standards and tolerance stack-up practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Create UG NX models of aero engine components and develop 2D/3D/PMI drawings.
•Create, manage models and assemblies in Team Center and maintain drawing/model quality as the internal quality checker.
•Support manufacturing Quality Notifications (QNs) and handle quality-related variances/concessions.
•Create best-practices documentation for multiple MBD topics and drive continuous improvement using standard work and RCCA.
•Communicate with leadership on status and risks to program schedule and metrics.

Key Requirements

•Experience creating UG NX (Siemens) models and 2D/3D/PMI drawings for aero engine components.
•Proficiency with GD&T and ASME standards (e.g., ASME Y14.5-2018, ASME Y14.41-2019) and applying them to CAD models.
•Experience handling Quality Notification/Concessions/Technical Variance and tolerance stack-up.
•Teamcenter model/assembly management, including source authority derivative file handling (e.g., 3D PDF, STEP, QIF, JT) with validation and error resolution.
•Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 9+ years relevant experience, or Master’s with 7+ years; plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
