Job Summary

Operate production machinery to produce aircraft engine components, performing routine and complex tasks on the production line. Train and become certified in auxiliary equipment work groups, producing blades/vanes and completing required quality checks. Follow standard work instructions, perform daily TPM, record results in Solumina, and maintain cleanliness using 5S. Work a weekend day shift (Friday–Sunday) and be able to work overtime when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate a variety of production machines and train to become certified in operations for at least two auxiliary equipment standard work groups
•Perform routine and complex production tasks while adhering to standard work and all work instructions
•Produce blades and/or vanes on the production line and complete all required quality checks
•Clock labor in Solumina and perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) while documenting results
•Maintain equipment and work areas clean using 5S, and support additional tasks within scope as needed
