Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals.
  • •Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement.
  • •Deliver an elevated in-store client experience and act as a brand ambassador by sharing Reformation sustainability stories.
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation through NPS.
  • •Support inventory accuracy and controls, contribute to loss prevention, and uphold time and attendance and store standards.
