Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, train, coach, and support warehouse employees to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent performance, including attendance and compliance with policies.
  • •Plan, assign, and prioritize daily warehouse workload based on production, shipping, receiving, and customer needs; lead daily warehouse “huddle board” meetings and performance metrics.
  • •Oversee receiving, including verification against packing slips/material travelers, system transactions, and delivery to work cells or inventory locations.

  • •Maintain inventory accuracy by leading cycle counts and coordinating with cross-functional partners to resolve operational issues; champion continuous improvement and 5S initiatives while ensuring safety and trade compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • •Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • •Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience is highly preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience using proper lifting techniques and lifting devices/equipment, including chains, straps, slings, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, and overhead cranes (preferred).
