Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as single-point owner for piping engineering design deliverables, ensuring compliance with engineering codes/standards and client policies.
  • •Coordinate the piping team, supervise discipline personnel day-to-day, and report piping/design matters to project or engineering management.
  • •Support planning, scheduling, and execution of discipline activities including manhour estimating and schedule preparation for bid/tendering.
  • •Originate, revise, and check engineering deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists; manage discipline work to required schedule and resources.
  • •Manage and report progress and budgets for piping engineering and design, identify concerns on progress/quality, and recommend corrective actions; liaise with licensors, vendors, and OEMs and provide technical support to site.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years relevant experience working with engineering consultancies on mineral beneficiation and material handling systems across conceptual, feasibility, FEED, and detailed design phases through execution and field engineering.
  • •B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) from a reputed institution; Professional Engineer certification is preferred.
  • •Experience working on large or medium scale projects with piping design deliverables.
  • •Proficiency in layout preparation and familiarity with 3D modelling and review software.
  • •Conversant with national and international codes and standards such as ASME / API / BS / EN.
